• WHEN PAYING VIA CASH: If the product you want is in stock, you get immediate possession. If out of stock, you “lock in” the price with your payment and collect your metals after they arrive. If your single cash transaction (or closely-related transactions) totals over $10,000, IRS Form 8300 will be required. We reserve the right to limit cash transactions. Proper ID may be required.

• CALIFORNIA SALES TAX: Per Regulation CA 1599, a precious metals purchase in California totaling $2,000 or more is exempt from sales tax. A purchase totaling less than $2,000 is not exempt from sales tax.
