Well I am there for the stuff, costumer service I can careless, good security measures, pretty good source, straightforward. If you are a collector care more about the quality not just the weight, find an antique store probably better in my opinion? Other wise quick stop shop, get some at the “spot price” if you don’t count in ridiculous Cali tax.

Decided to pay this place a visit on a Saturday morning. Went in with about 250 Troy Ounces of silver in hand. There was only one guy ahead of me so the transaction was smooth and relatively fast. Unfortunately they didn't take my Chinese Pandas but I was about to sell most of my collection. They paid top dollar, about 95% of the spot price. Was issued a paper check with a 3 day waiting period to cash it, which is fine with me. Very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend doing business with this place!
